• Appointment scheduling and booking management
• Lead tracking and conversion analytics
• Integration with third-party platforms (WhatsApp Business API, Google Ads, Meta)

Our Service operates through the official WhatsApp Business API and complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Policies.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Sultan AI, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection laws
• Obtain proper consent from your customers before sending automated messages
• Not use the Service for spam, fraud, or any illegal activities
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Platform Terms

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Send unsolicited messages (spam)
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Engage in any activity that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service
• Process or transmit any illegal content
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Payment Terms

Service fees are billed according to the pricing plan selected. Payment terms include:

• Setup fees are due upon service activation
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or as agreed
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Sultan AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your business data and content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.

7. Data Processing

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You acknowledge that:

• Message data is processed to provide automated responses
• Analytics data is collected to improve service quality
• Data may be stored on secure cloud servers
• You are responsible for your customers' data privacy

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
• Third-party service interruptions (WhatsApp, cloud providers)
• Force majeure events
• Actions beyond our reasonable control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sultan AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice
• Immediately for material breach of these Terms
• Immediately if required by law or platform policy

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be discontinued, and your data will be handled according to our data retention policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
